Bad customer service

I ordered goods worth R1017 from this company. The order is made up of two items. They never even communicated with me after payment or update me about the order. This morning I received one part of the order and there is no update or information about when am I going to get the rest of the order. When I try to call using the number on their site, it says the number doesn’t exist. My order number is : ***. All I need is my money back if they’re not going to send my order.
