Bad customer service

I bought a Gizzu 36W 32Wh 8800mAh Mini Dual DC UPS, which only lasted a few months and supplier in questioned refused to replace or re-imburse me, even though the item was still under warranty & returned to supplier twice. ODO customer services were also unhelpful as I had to follow up continuously as my query/complaint went on for a couple of months. Now I'm left with an item which is no use to me at all. To all consumers out there, please refrain from purchasing any electronic or electrical items from ODO, because should you have any issues, you surely won't get any help from ODO nor their respective suppliers, thanks.
