Bad Customer Service

So we are now on almost 15 days with no feedback from OneDayOnly regarding a return that has been logged. Fwd: OneDayOnly | Order *** Return. I have mailed numerous times and have emailed different accounts just to try and get feedback but no response. Absolute bad customer service, in fact no customer service from OneDayOnly.
