Bad business practice

I am absolutely appalled at One Day Only’s promised commitment to respond to customers regarding a return and full refund of an order ! As per their T&C’s a person has 5 days in order to log a return . I have submitted 3 requests from the day I collected my order from a Pargo collection point regarding the above and to date have not had any feedback from them . I am running out of time as It appears they do not honor their commitment and at the rate they are going my return and refund will not be honored. I would like to know what recourse I have with the CPA? I will not be purchasing from this company again in the future and neither will my any of family. An expensive order that I am not happy with and get my money returned to me is simply unacceptable. So be warned !!!
