bad bad service , totally pathetic

Order # ********** . I have been waiting for my order from 06 December , and too date it has not even being Dispatched. Two of the items are Christmas presents and the 3rd was for our Guest room for Family visiting , which i have now had to go out and buy an alternative Duvet cover. you may replace this item with a King size duvet cover at your expense. I have contacted you multiple times and when you eventually got back to me you tell me to be patient. I HAVE LOST PATIENCE !!!!. It is well over the 10 working days. Please can i have an urgent response as i may need to make alternative plans for Christmas Presents for my Children. TOTALLY unacceptable lack of communication, empathy and care form Onedayonly.co.za. Absolutely last time i will shop on your site.
