Bad after sales service OneDayOnly online

Bought a Crisp airfryer and within minutes the element blew. Send it back and was received 19 June and thereafter no feedback. I had to send messages after them to only be told on 1 July that availability of product will be checked and send to me. Thereafter, still awaiting any response, paid R1000 for product which I used a mere 10minutes and now I am left hanging.
