I bought a bathroom set from the online store in December 2024 , we finally revamped our bathroom, and the plumber informed us that the set is not compatible with the geyser, I logged a return and it was approved. I requested them to collect both parcel with 1 courier and that's when they realized the date and cancelled the 1 return. next day i receive another email stating the returns was approved. then a get a 3rd emailing apologising cause the wrong email was sent to me. I'm sitting with this set of no use to me; I'm a loyal regular customer and all they say is "sorry for the inconvenience " they couldn't care less cause up to date I'm still waiting on the manager to call me. As a customer, it often feels like we end up losing in the end—especially when paying R2999.
