Bad!!!!!

I will never order from them again the product that I have ordered did not work and I requested them to refund me, they have collected the product and now they tell me a person that order stuff all over the internet and never ever had a problem with any product bought, that there is nothing wrong with the product and will deduct the Courier costs! before the refund is given back. Me and my husband tested that car vacuum cleaner in two different vehicles. They will not miss my orders in the future but I will never revert any person to them to buy from them.
