Awful business with no regard for customers

Horrible customer service, I placed an order in November, the order is still not delivered. I have been advised it was shipped end of December, but waybill number is provided. I have sent multiple emails, I am ignored. There is no contact number provided, that should tell you how horrible this business is. My advice, but from them only if you are prepared to handle their ****.
