Atrocious Service from ONE DAY ONLY

We purchased a bed from One Day Only more than 3 weeks ago and have not heard from them ever since. Their promise to update is a blatant lie. They have no contact numbers to call. Their tracking says processed for a month. They advertised the wrong color on their website. Their customers service is atrocious. They only concerned about making sales. We trying to cancel but there is no way of canceling our and getting a refund.
