Atrocious Service

It’s been almost a month since I was promised that my return will be processed, and I have not received my refund even for items that were not yet delivered. Manager called and promised that Melissa is one of their top consultants who will resolve this request, to my surprise she is nowhere to be found. All I want is my money back.
