ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Ordered and paid for items on 14 March 2017. They confirmed the order and according to their website would effect delivery within 5 to 10 working days. They also state on their irregular feedback "</p> <p>We're telling you this so you don't have to contact us, but you can reach us at ********** if you'd like any further info."</p> <p>O 4 April 2017, after 15 working days, they advised that the order had been shipped! I tracked the delivery through their courier company, Courier IT, on 5 April and it read that the parcel was left behind "due to limited space" I again contacted them and they promised delivery latest 7 April. Alas, received an email telling me that they dispatched the wrong items but would dispatch the correct order " is en route to you and will be delivered in the next couple of working days."! Still waiting.</p> <p> </p>
