Appalling 'dis-service" from OnedayOnly

Not even 1 star actually! When you place your order it is instant! However when they deliver the incorrect product and you want to contact them.... IMPOSSIBLE. Each and every mail I have sent concerning "wrong product delivered" has been auto responded to saying my "delivery will be soon" There is a section to log a specific issue but "wrong product" does not exist. I have been trying for a month to get a proper response and only get auto responses that do not address the problem. This company cannot be trusted.
