appalling customer service

Despite numerous mails to One Day Only to call me to resolve a delivery issue, I have had no response. I placed an order over a week ago and the gift has not arrived. I leave this evening so unless they get it to me by COB today, it is futile. Appalling service. Will never use or recommend them again. Lack of responsiveness and accountability unacceptable, so proceed with caution before dealing with One Day Only.
