Android TV Box not supported by Android. Nor reply to return

Ordered an Android TV Box from them to use for streaming Netflix, Showmax, DSTV. Advertised as for that use. When I received the product it is not supported by Android. Return policy is you shoukd contact them within 7 days but despite sending 5 emails allready got no reply. Unacceptable customer service. BEWARE! No telephone number to call them
