Always the incorrect order

I ordered an items on 2 separate occasions, a few months apart. And for some reason they sent the wrong item twice (consecutively). 1st I bought a hoodie but was sent sweatpants. The bar coded sticker on the packaging said "sweatpants" so I'm not sure how they got it wrong. No product vetting or quality assurance?

Recently I bought 2 pairs of socks. Took it in beige. Order was shipped 10 days after being placed. Item arrives in blue. The order says beige, the invoice says beige, the sticker on the product says beige but the socks are blue. I mean this is pathetic. My niece in grade 2 could get simple colour coordination right. Of the online retailers this seems to be another fong kong retailer that works for One Day Only.
