Always stock issues, but keep we'll your money for a month

Placed and paid for an order and after getting mail after mail saying that delivery will be late, we eventually got a mail saying there is a stock issue and they will refund our money for the item. So after we waited nearly a month, we get a mere email saying "sorry we can't give you what we sold you a month ago". It's pathetic. Seeing as we paid with ebucks, we are still waiting for our refund. Dont sell stuff on your platform if you can't fulfill orders!! This is now the time it's happened to me. So disappointing.
