After sales service is useless

Very poor after sales service. I placed an order on 3 October 2024, and followed up when the order was not delivered at 10 working days. I got a message saying they followed up with supplier and will get back to me. I had to follow up with them again and again. It is the 22nd today and they have not responded in any way.

I contacted the supplier in the mean time to follow up because ODO is useless in this matter
