After sales service

<p>I bought an item from https://www.onedayonly.co.za which was received in a fair amount of time. The item however turnied out to be faulty and despite numerous emails the best I got out of them was the support number of the supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p>A useless endeavour as they offer support but faulty items have to be returned to the store of purchase. Despite more emails I am having no joy and there is also no number to call them on.</p> <p> </p> <p>Unacceptable. They've lost a very good customer!!!</p>
