Advertised Medium-Firm Mattress, Delivered Soft – Misleading Advertising by OneDayOnly

I purchased a Sealy Posturepedic mattress from OneDayOnly based on their advert describing a medium-firm bed with minimal partner movement. What was delivered is very soft and does not match the description at all. Movement transfers easily, which directly contradicts what was advertised. Sealy has confirmed the mattress is soft — meaning the issue is OneDayOnly’s misleading advertising, not the supplier. Since using the mattress, I have developed back pain, which I did not have before. After I raised this, OneDayOnly quietly changed the advert and removed the original claims.
