Action from OneDayOnly after I contacted hellopeter

I bought facemasks from OneDayOnly and after having a great amount of difficulty executing payment from my phone, I paid the full amount soo after by eft when prompted to do so by OneDayOnly. Then the waiting started. There was no acknowledgement of my payment and I had to refer to my bank records aa only reference. Nothing hapened for weeks. Eventually I decided to not threaten them with hellopeter any longer, but put word into action. The reaction from OneDayOnly was so soon after me contacting hellopeter, that I could hardly believe my ears, and the reaction was possitive. The only thing was, their data of the payment records seemed to be in shambles. They did not know pillar from post. But soon after I received confirmation they found my payment and refunded me. I do not know what else I would have done without the help of hellopeter! Thank you very much!
