Absolutely pathetic service

<p>I recently placed an order with OneDayOnlyOffers and it arrived with all three items in the box being damaged. They don't pack their items with any protective layers to make sure that your order arrives in one piece. I have logged a complaint through their website as well as sending them an email on their customer service email address and I would call them if they actually provided their customers with contact numbers on their website, but no reply at all. to any of my requests to collect the order and provide me with a refund. All one receives are automated system generated emails. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. Service in SA is generally poor, but the lack of responses is absolutely pathetic and completely unacceptable. If you want to have an online store, make sure you have the right staff, departments and processes in place to handle customer queries within reasonable response times. You are clearly running a one man show and you’re completely *********** in providing reasonable levels of service.</p>
