Absolutely pathetic customer service from OneDayOnly

I purchased a Neck Cooler Fan and reported it as faulty on the 8th of February 2024 to the what's app number that they requested me to report it to. Beside the numerous "automated reply" messages you simply do not get any support and feedback from them. This is absolutely a useless noncustomer service system they implemented that's not working at all, as no one bother to come back to you, just these endless useless automated responses. I even tried the what's app where you can place orders and my messages were forwarded to them and a month later and I'm still waiting. I've purchased quite a lot of goods from them that amounts to a lot of money, and this is the service I'm receiving from them. You do not have any other means of contacting them than through this stupid what's app groups that clearly not working.
