Absolutely no service or response from them

I placed an order for two items on 23rd November 2018 which I have paid for and since then I have not heard anything from them about my order. Twice I have emailed them with requests of when my order will be delivered as I am going on leave and need my items before then. Not one of my emails have been responded to. I think this place is a **** and people need to be made aware of them. Its disgusting how these type of people can get away with this and still continue with business as usual as if nothing has happened.
