Absolutely Disgraceful Service!

OneDayOnly’s refund process is completely unacceptable. I’ve been waiting far longer than the timeframe they promised, and after chasing them for answers, I was told to wait yet another two weeks. This is nonsense and shows a total lack of respect for customers. Stop making excuses and process my refund as you should have done the first time.
