Absolute terrible service!

I am absolutely disgusted by the service from OneDayOnly.

1st experience: waited over a month for an order that included a birthday present for a family member and no valid reason could be provided after waiting weeks for a response.

2nd experience: waiting more than a week for an order that has not even been sent yet but the same item is being advertised on the website? this is absolute garbage! not impressed at all! response from support is again completely nonsense! we know it has been 7 days but your order will arrive from the supplier in 1 - 2 days? but then 2 days later you advertise the item again and my original order has not been sent!
