I bought solar fairy lights white. It was delivered as solar fairy lights color. On the 18th I started emailing them, on the 19th I received a reply to take a photo of the serial number which was excepted and the warehouse team would investigate. Today the 4th of September they haven't come back to me. There is not a phone number were you can actually contact them it is so frustrating.
