5 year old girl in tears

I am saddened by the state of affairs!!!!!!!! I have made several enquiries with your offices with the below promises. 1 combined order has been delivered in several deliveries 1. Only cleaning hamper delivered 2. Only 2 of the 3 hoverboards delivered 3. Only the ceramic pots delivered today only. I am short 1 hoverboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have stated several times that I am going on vacation tomorrow! I have a 5 year old little girl who are deeply saddened by the fact that her 2 older brothers received their holiday presents and she has not. I have no more answers for her! I have made over 5 calls to DSV with reference number supp**** below! On Wednesday 11.11.2019 at 10:00 the DSV agent put me on hold to enquire the status of the last hoverboard. She said the driver just left Centurion and is on his way to deliver! By 15:00 the afternoon no, delivery, I phone DSV again, the next agent said the parcel is still in Johannesburg and will be delivered tomorrow (i.e. 12.12.2019) . The website tracking was last updated on 09.12.2019 This is the night before our departure on vacation and I sit in my living room with a teary little girl! PLEASE help me to explain to her that we will depart on vacation without her holiday gift! I certainly no longer have the heart to tell my only little princess lies anymore based on your and those of your preferred courier’s empty lies!!!! And wait….based on experience I do not expect a reply within 24 hours!!!!!!!

I do not give a **** if one day only have 500 free deals in one day ever again! If you do not have that hoverboard at my address by tomorrow morning at 9:00 am! I will start the biggest campaign against one day only! Unless the owners have a 5 year old princess crying the night away for the past 2 days, don’t even try to understand how upset I am!!!!! Don’t try and compete in the online market unless you understand excellent customer service!!!!!! I will start by posting this on hello peter.
