18 Working Days, Still No Delivery...

I placed an order for a bag on 23 November. It has now been over 18 working days and I am yet to receive my delivery. You cannot promise a worst case scenario delivery time of 10 working days and simply fail to deliver without any communication. I ordered this bag specifically for my holiday at the end of December and it seems as if I will not get it in time. Surely there must be some industry body that can hold this organisation to account, this amounts to ********** activity and I will take this matter further if my grievances are not met soon. Please do not use this company.
