10 working days and dealing with *********** support. Worst purchase ever

Placed an order on the 16th. Part delivery on the first even tho I contacted them to not deliver as I struggle to get someone to be there to sign off. Other part of the order hasn't even been processed. Very quick to tell me about the 5 - 10 working days... Well guess what, it's officially over 10 working days. Customer service DOES NOT READ OR COMPREHEND the contents of communications with them. Sooooooooooooooooo.... Not only am I annoyed and frustrated with the delivery, the non delivery plus add the absolute waste of time dealing with their "team"........... After years of supporting you guys, I can confirm that you are the worst big online store to deal with!
