0 Stars! Pay back my money!

I wish I could give them 0 stars? - No reply from their customer service. - Only provide email communication (why can't I call anyone??). - Waited 4 weeks for a delivery (still not arrived). They have one of the longest initial wait times as well (making promises of 5 -10 days delivery). - No way to cancel my order online, even though it still have not been shipped. - Pay my money back!!
