Girls trip to Singapore and Philippines through One World Travel group

We recently booked a trip to Singapore and the Philippines for four people through One World Travel Group. The experience was generally positive, and the agency was helpful and responsive throughout. However, there were a few oversights: 1. We weren’t informed about the need to complete online arrival cards before travelling to both countries, As a result ,immigration process took us longer that it could have .

2.There was no prior notice about needing cash for local services in the Philippines (i.e. for luggage assistance at the port. Specifically, we were not advised that we’d need to have cash on hand to tip laborers assisting with luggage transfers to the ferry. As a result, we had to make last-minute arrangements to withdraw money upon arrival.

3.Lastly our return route was not well optimized, it included a 15-hour layover in Singapore with no plans on how ease the burden on our bodies, However through communication with the agency, an overnight accommodation was arranged for a single queen bed for four people — which was not ideal. With a bit more attention to detail, this could’ve been a 5-star experience.
