Great value for money, travel agent Zinhle interacted with us throughout the preparation and during the trip. The meet and greet was very good. It will be helpful though to include all trip costs in the quotation to avoid the hidden costs such as visa application fee etc. The accommodation was not well maintained in terms of cleanliness, linen not changed regularly, you have to request every time. The rooms were also not cleaned, Mosquitos were a nuisance also. The hosts were very friendly people though.
