Unauthorized monthly deduction of R140 - Please cancel immediately

I noticed that one world telecoms has been deducting R140 from my bank account every month. I do not recall signing up for any of their services they are providing

I have never authorized this debit order and I'm not using any product from one world telecoms

I would like the following to happen immediately 1.cancel all debit orders and subscriptions under my name ID(***) phone number ***) 2.stop all future deductions 3.refund all amounts deducted without my consent

Please contact me on *** or *** to confirm cancellation. If this is not resolved in 48 hours I will report the matter to the National Credit Regulator and Ombudsman for Banking Services
