Bad service, join at your own risk
Bad service, Join them at your own risk. They say you will be invoiced one percent of your monthly turnover but always take more. The worse experience is when you try terminate the Service Level Agreement, they will demand more and keep all of your profiles (SARS, XERO, and Payroll )with them

We regret that you feel dissatisfied. To clarify, our Service Level Agreement requires a 30‑day notice period, during which services continue and are invoiced as agreed which was communicated to you.
To clarify, you remained the subscriber and controller of your Xero profile throughout, and you personally revoked our access during the termination notice period.
As reflected in our email correspondence on record, we invoiced only for services rendered and initiated the transfer of your payroll profile. All profiles (SARS, Payroll) were scheduled for handover upon the SLA's conclusion.
