Useless OneFibre agent. Useless customer service indeed

The pathetic customer service I have received from whatever agent is attached to this number *** is the main reason I wanted to cancel my subscription with this useless ISP. I then contacted this useless person on Friday 22 May, looking to cancel my service so that in 7 days they could release my line and I could start with a new service. The agent just outright ignored my message on whatsapp and now I must wait for Monday 25th May in order to start my cancelation.

This means I can only use the next ISP 7 days later from the 25th because the process would have started on the 22nd. I'm so angry right now and I hope whoever is using these people can convince me they are not a ****.

For now, I am convinced that this is a pyramid scheme company that delays canceling client account requests because they are a useless third party that cant even give me access to managing my own fibre password. I must always run to this **** human being ***
