Rogues stole my money

I went to the bank today and discovered that a company named onecell has been deducting amounts of R99 from my account.Cellphone notifications only report debit order amounts of R100 or more so i was unaware.Who are these people and who gives them the right to ***** my money.I have never done any business with them yet they deduct from my capitec account.
