One cell is reaping us of our money

Im one of the many that saw business selling airtime and electricity vouchers to our fellow country people,we saw an opportunity in making money in selling these vouchers,it is now more than 2 months their machines are nit working and we have deposited money into one cells account, the management of this company is not saying anything to us, when we call either the machine will put you through snd you will hold on forever! Until you decide to put the phone down, when you are lucky you will talk to a consultant who will say to you unfortunately we do not refund money????????that is our money we put into their account , we either continue to sell to our and your customers or you refund us our money and we part ways!management is nit saying anything to us!!!! We the poor people we saw an opportunity to make money for ourselves but if you want to rob us of the money we deposited into your account which you earn interest on , thenyou are not treating us well
