Misleading service and bad customer services with aggressive behavior.

In need of a locksmith I searched for locksmiths near me. One call locksmith came up and I called them. Riaan Smith answered and assured me he will send a locksmith to assist. The 15-25 min promised time as advertised was met with a reaction time of 1hour and 15 min. On completion I received the price and it was very excessive but as per agreement with one call locksmith you have to pay on site. The day after I contacted one time locksmith to ask how this price is possible. They refused to assist and referred me to the specific locksmith who assisted me. He did explain how it works and I said I'll call on 28 August to get more clarification.

I called Riaan Smith from One Call Locksmith and requested him to explain how they work and to explain that they are misleading the service they provide. He explained they are only a call Centre and they do not take responsibility for the services provided. I explained that he did not disclose this to me before hand. During our conversation Riaan Smith turned aggressive and started swearing at me and hanged up the phone. After calling him back and explaining to him I want clarification on this he just swore at me again and hanged up the phone.

The work was done and I paid. The afterservice and the way they treat you when you query their company was very unprofessional. They do not explain to you how they work as a company and refuse to answer questions if asked.
