“I can’t work under this negativity” - then left my door unsecured
The technician arrived in shorts and flip-flops and initially left his tools downstairs, which did not inspire much confidence for an emergency locksmith call-out. He proceeded to drill into my lock/door, and when I became distressed about what was happening, rather than explaining the process or completing the work, he became visibly frustrated, told me that he “couldn’t work under this negativity,” packed up and left. Whatever disagreement there may be about the work required to gain entry, what is unacceptable to me is that a locksmith walked away from an unfinished emergency job and left me with a front door that was not properly functional or secure. I then had to call another locksmith company, whose technician arrived professionally equipped, calmly assessed the situation and had to carry out further work to secure my home.

I had such amazing service from One call Locksmith! One quick call and not 10 minutes later a hero locksmith arrived and solved the problem and replaced the lock
