Schemed by Onaturalwig

I ordered a wig at Onaturalwig on the 17April and paid 1000 which includes courier (Aramex ).Then I was told I would receive my oders within 7working days which did not happen after trying to contact her she told me the oder was on the way to my surprise when it came it was just a paper inside no wig the Aramex packaging but having all the details of the seller the Name was Phindi Phindi and her address and cellnumbers I took the video of the oder and send it to her she dinied everything saying she did not send me that but it has her name and contact number now she tell me that I should communicate with the courier as she has send me my wig so I don't know weather she schemed me or whether to blame the courier Aramex
