Terrible service

Terrible service experience from OnTap Umhlanga. The sales representative steven has neglected to get back to me for a week in regards to my TAX invoice. I was promised to receive it the latest last week friday 13/10 and still nothing has been provided. The ontap team in Umhlanga where very rude and rushed over the phone. I would definitely not recommend trying to receive any documentation from their team.
