Pathetic Service

I called on ontap WESTVILLE at 11.58 requiring a piece of pipe an employee came outside to advise me there were closed but yet they had customers in the shop I asked the gentleman to please assist me as I have an emergency his answer was unfortunately we cannot PATHETIC customer service ON TAP.
