On Tap Paarl makes you look good

This review is long overdue. I've been a customer of On Tap, Paarl for many years and each time I'm wowed by their customer service. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful, attending to your customer queries 'til it's resolved. My knowledge of plumbing rates way below average, but never have I felt belittled by any staff member. Every staff member makes an effort to patiently explain the workings of anything plumbing-related in understandable language 'til they're convinced you as customer got the gist of it. But it doesn't stop there. Their after-care service is even better, with them being willing to guide you through the assembling or disassembling of pipes or faucets. They are the reason I can brag to my friends that I did a plumbing job myself, because the truth is that it's been On Tap, Paarl from start to finish. Thank you to the excellent team at my favourite plumbing stop. You are professional, extremely knowledgeable in your field and a true example of what it means to go the extra mile for a customer.
