Incorrect WCs changed with no fuss.

Had excellent online service from Shaun from Ontap Paarl. Delivered two Geberit WCs to my house in Kleinmond. When I realized I had not specified they were not to be bottom flush inlets, Shaun within two days had them swopped out with the correct WCs at no additional cost.
