Fantastic Service

About a month ago, i can to you Greenstone branch needing assistance for a push button system.<br> David assisted me by explaining step by step on how i can do this myself.<br> His effort and explanation was fantastic and even made himself available on call if i needed to phone him for help.<br> <br> Later that afternoon i had the system installed but the button was faulty (which happens), i took a chance and called David, this was about 14:30, and the shop closes at 1400... he said he would wait for me in the shop and assist me. I arrived and David replaced the push button unit... and to this date the system is installed and working fantastically.<br> <br> Its not often that you receive good service, yet alone fantastic service.<br> All i can say is that i will continue coming to Ontap for any bathroom/plumbing and i would recommend them to anybody.<br>
