Worst dealership

We bought two cars from Omoda Boksburg branch, they promised us that the one car will be delivered in Durban by Sunday the 17th, when we tried calling the salesman and messaging we not getting any feedback, we still have not received any feedback whatsoever, in actual fact they told us they not sure if the car has even left the dealership, so WHERE IS THE CAR ?
