SPRINGS OMODA !!

I bought a Omoda C5 from the SPRINGS dealership. From start nothing but problems. I wanted a white one then it was sold. They offered a red one which I then accepted, clearly asking the sales person that I do not want a demo and being ensured it is new. Then turns out to be a demo, and all the sudden i was offered another white one again. So i went with the white one. Then came the financial part where i was ensured of a certain amount that will be my installment, turns out that was incorrect and the installment was higher. Finally got the vehicle and i noticed that the car keeps on pulling to the left. On 16km on the odometer i might add. I suspected wheel alignment, and spoke to the salesman, long story short, it was just excuses after excuses, and i finally took it for wheel alignment myself on my own cost . Turns out that is not the problem and they picked up something on the left front wheel. I then communicated with the salesman again and was promised it will be sorted out and i will get a courtesy car to use in the meantime. From then i have been blatantly ignored. Thank you for the excellent after service 🤨 Rest assured i will be taking this matter to the furthest extend that i possibly can. I will not be made a fool of and pay a brand new car that i cannot use!!
