Prize not delivered to me by omoda

OMODA South Africa issued me a redeemed voucher back in February. I only became aware of the issue when I made a booking with Mangwanani African Spa, and they informed me that my voucher had already been redeemed. I contacted OMODA to resolve the issue, and they told me that the lady who was assisting me had quit her job.

To summarize, I received a direct message asking me to send a WhatsApp to Lungile. She said she followed up with Mangwanani and confirmed that the voucher was indeed redeemed, but she couldn't provide the names involved. She promised to issue me a new voucher. However, when I followed up with her, she mentioned that she was waiting for payment approval.

I waited two weeks and followed up again, after which she asked me to send the email that was originally sent with the voucher. As of now, she has been ignoring my messages.

I would appreciate any help in claiming my prize. Thank you
