Jaecoo radio issue

Does anyone else have radio problems with their Jaecoo. Just puurchased the Jaecoo J5 inferno and being told that it's an area signal problem by the dealership however on facebook there are numerous complaints about the radio. It does not hold the station even locally. How is this possible of a 500K+ motor vehicle. I have posted on 2 Jaecoo platforms and no response.
